Who can list a home?
Anyone: owners, families, landlords. HomeList is a classifieds platform, not an estate agency — we do not act as an agent for either side.
How much does it cost?
A single payment per listing, from €19 / $19 for 30 days. You only pay when you publish.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers send a message through the site. You get an email notification and reply from your dashboard. Neither side sees the other’s email address.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes — edit text, price and photos any time while the listing is active. Larger edits may be reviewed again.
What happens when it expires?
You get a reminder three days before. You can renew from your dashboard, or let it expire and publish again later.
Do you handle viewings or payments for the property?
No. HomeList only publishes the advert. Visits, negotiations and any payment for the property happen directly between you and the other party.
