Copyright policy

Last updated: 2026-09-15

We remove content that infringes copyright when we are notified, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Sending a notice

Send your notice to the contact address above and include: - identification of the protected work; - the exact URL of the content you say infringes it; - your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; - a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; - a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; - your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same information and an explanation. Where the law requires it, we restore the content unless the original complainant starts legal proceedings.

In the EU

Under the Digital Services Act you can also report illegal content to us using the report button on any listing. We review reports, tell you what we decided, and give reasons for removals.
